Lance Costello

Lance Costello has been with the Smithsonian Office of Policy and Analysis since 2005.  He has led and contributed to numerous studies in both audience research and organizational effectiveness.  Prior to joining OP&A, he worked in the Smithsonian’s Office of Development and Office of the Under Secretary for American Museums and National Programs; he also taught middle school social studies.  Lance holds a master’s degree in statistics from Texas A&M University.
